I was a computer geek whose life revolved around computer games. I weighed 220 pounds (100 kg) and all I had was a dead end job and a failing relationship. When my relationship ended I started looking for answers. I read every book, article or blog post I could find and watched hundreds of hours of video. Slowly I started to grow. I started to realise what was important in my life and what was clutter. Now I can't even imagine where I would be if I hadn t taken the chance I was given to wake up . How much more would I have missed in my life?! In the past 2 years I have experienced more than I had in my entire life up until then. I m giving you what I found to be true and what I found most valuable. This is exactly the information that helped me. Everything I will send you I have tried out myself and have seen great results. I am convinced that you can gain a lot if you think about the quote you receive every day. Make the commitment to at least try it and I believe you will find many answers. Read the information you will be sent and apply it to your life. If you do that you will grow as a person, your self-esteem will improve and so your self-worth will grow. Every aspect of your life will improve.
